A united community of Sri Lankan origin in Cairns

Another great game from Papare Lions
🔥 FROM 59/5 TO VICTORY! 🦁🏏

What an incredible comeback by our Papare Lions!

After restricting Barron River CC to 124/6 in 30 overs, the Lions found themselves struggling at 59/5.

But Supun Mendis (40)* and Yash*th Gunawardana (27)* stepped up with a brilliant unbeaten 69-run partnership to secure a thrilling 5-wicket victory! 🏆

👏 Outstanding bowling and batting performances, great teamwork and determination!

❤️💙 Congratulations, Papare Lions! Keep making our Sri Lankan community proud! 🇱🇰🦁
