Scribbly Gums Conservation parkrun recap: Event # 207 🌿

We welcomed 14 1st timers to our lovely event, including 2 new to parkrun: Kelsey and Nadia. We hope you enjoyed our lovely course as much as we do 🍃

A couple of sneaky milestones: congratulations to David (50) and Diederick (100) 👏👏

This Saturday, Scribbly Gums parkrun will be taking part in parkwalk for Daniel.

Wearing red is a way to show support for the Daniel Morcombe Foundation, to help raise awareness about child safety.

Child safety is everyone’s responsibility, and we are proud to stand behind this important message.

A break in the rain and even some blue sky to start Event #206 and our 4th anniversary parkrun

A big thank you to all who attended and helped celebrate Scribbly Gums #206 4th anniversary! 😊🥳

This event would not have been possible without our amazing hi-vis vollies: Blair, Paul M, Paul, Kylan, Leanne L, Leanne, Sandy, Curt, Laurie & Sharon.

62 participants took the trails, including 4 first timers and international visitors from Japan & Norway.

The weather provided ideal conditions for some, with 5 PBs: Ellie, Simon, Carmel, Emma, & Denise.

Congratulations to Andrew on completing a milestone: 💯parkruns.

Unfortunately the results page is off line, so I will post the summary when it becomes available.
