This morning's BRBN workshop, presented by Scott from Scott Palmer Electrical Services sparked a lively and insightful discussion about the realities of business ownership. ☕🤝

Members shared what they enjoy most about running their own businesses:

✅ Flexibility
✅ Creativity
✅ Problem solving
✅ Building their own identity
✅ The variety that comes with every day being different

There was also plenty of agreement on the challenges:

The conversation reinforced something many small business owners understand well. The freedom, satisfaction and opportunities that come with running a business make the challenges worthwhile, especially when you have a supportive network around you.
