Imagine the 𝗮𝗾𝘂𝗮 𝗼𝗳 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝘀𝗲𝗮, 𝗯𝗹𝘂𝗲 𝗼𝗳 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝘀𝗸𝘆, 𝘄𝗵𝗶𝘁𝗲 𝗼𝗳 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝘀𝘂𝗿𝗳, 𝘄𝗮𝗿𝗺𝘁𝗵 𝗼𝗳 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝘀𝗮𝗻𝗱 and the 𝗰𝗼𝗿𝗮𝗹 𝗴𝗹𝗼𝘄 𝗼𝗳 𝗮 𝗥𝗲𝗱𝗹𝗮𝗻𝗱𝘀 𝗖𝗼𝗮𝘀𝘁 𝘀𝘂𝗻𝘀𝗲𝘁
That was the vision for our 30th birthday celebration: to capture the beauty of the place we are so lucky to call home and weave those colours through the whole day.
For over a year, we had a vision for this day. A celebration inspired by the colours and beauty of our Redlands Coast, with Minjerribah as the perfect backdrop. Slowly that vision took shape, from our commemorative scarves to every little detail, until it all came wonderfully to life at our 𝟯𝟬𝘁𝗵 𝗙𝗼𝘂𝗻𝗱𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗗𝗮𝘆 𝗰𝗲𝗹𝗲𝗯𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻.
We travelled across Moreton Bay to beautiful Minjerribah, where the weather decided to be every bit as perfect as the plan. With the ocean sparkling beyond the windows, we settled in for an afternoon of fabulous food, laughter and 30 years of memories.
We looked back through a special anniversary video, heard stories and speeches from across the years, celebrated some very special people with awards (more to come about that) , and even took a trip through our fashion history with a parade of chorus costumes from the past.
And just when we thought the setting couldn’t get any more magical, 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝘄𝗵𝗮𝗹𝗲𝘀 𝘀𝗵𝗼𝘄𝗲𝗱 𝘂𝗽 𝗼𝗳𝗳𝘀𝗵𝗼𝗿𝗲 𝘁𝗼𝗼. Clearly they had heard there was a birthday celebration happening.
Then, wrapped in the colours of our beautiful commemorative scarves, we headed down to the beach. We sang together with the sand beneath our feet and the Pacific behind us, created a giant 𝟯𝟬 𝗶𝗻 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝘀𝗮𝗻𝗱 and watched as a drone captured the moment from above.
And because this is Redland Rhapsody, 𝗼𝗳 𝗰𝗼𝘂𝗿𝘀𝗲 𝘄𝗲 𝘀𝗮𝗻𝗴 𝘀𝗼𝗺𝗲 𝗺𝗼𝗿𝗲

Here’s to 30 years of friendship, harmony, laughter and 𝗹𝗼𝘃𝗶𝗻’ what we do
