This is important as you will have the chance to discuss many aspect of your child's strength and weaknesses. During your interaction with teachers be open minded to consider teachers professional advise toward your child's academic success or failure. Teacher feel proud of the pupils improvement no matter how small the improvement may be.

Information is power hence, there is need of finding a way education inspectors country wide should be using to foster teachers compliance of having a teaching file that has all the requirements each term. Teachers running around whenever they hear or see education inspectors has to come to an end. Lady and gentleman change begun with constructive and object contractions. This indeed is a worry some development. Therefore we are appealing to the permanent secretary ministry of education to look into it.
