💔 Some losses leave you completely speechless, and this is one of them.
Friday evening, R4TV, alumni, Doug Belford with The Magic Trio and Doug Belford Exp., stepped onto that stage and performed for the last time. He played for his friends, his fans, and the woman he loved, his beloved Bonny. None of us could have known that those moments would become memories we would hold so tightly in our hearts.
Doug was truly one in a million. And the way he played National Anthem...I can only imagine him performing with Jimi Hendricks. How glorious it would sound.
On behalf of the entire Rockin’ For The Vets Family, we extend our deepest and most heartfelt condolences to Bonny and the entire Belford family. Dougs Bandmates and everyone who knew and loved him. Our hearts are breaking for you. No words can take away the pain of losing someone so deeply loved, but please know that you are surrounded by people who care and who will remember Doug with love.
Doug, thank you for sharing your music with us. Thank you for the memories, the laughter, and the moments ALL will forever treasure. The stage may be quiet now, but your music will live on in the hearts of everyone who had the privilege of knowing you.
You will be missed more than words can ever express, and you will never be forgotten. 🇺🇸💔
