This has been years in the making, and seeing it in writing still doesn’t feel real. It’s official protection for the training philosophy and coaching method I’ve built around youth movement, strength and conditioning, and coach development.

Grateful for everyone who’s trusted me with their kids, their teams, and their own training along the way. This is just the start.

What a day! Nearly 80 youth athletes crushed the Kids Run This Town Youth Triathlon this morning, swimming, circuits, running, and cheering each other on with pure energy and heart.

Huge thanks to our volunteers, families, and community partners for making it all possible. We also helped Girl Scout Troop 80180 collect food donations for McAuliffe Elementary’s pantry and supported Boy Scout Troop 102 in raising funds for their camping trip.

Special shout‑out to Ms. Rhianna, Coach Grace, and Waves Swim Captain Sabrina for keeping our swimmers safe and confident. You’re the best!

We’ll be back next July... bigger, louder, and ready to TRI again!

Kids Run This Town Community... Tomorrow’s a BIG Day!

We’re kicking off our Youth Triathlon tomorrow morning at 9:30 AM and would love to see our neighbors come out and cheer on these incredible young athletes! You’ll find all the action in the lower clubhouse parking lot, at the pool, and along the path around the pond, no road crossings, just a safe, fun course full of energy.

We’re also helping support the girls of Troop 80180 with their Bronze Project food drive. They’ll be collecting non‑perishable items to help stock the McAuliffe Elementary food pantry. Clean out your pantry or pop into the store tonight and bring something to donate; canned goods, packaged meats, fruits, veggies, shelf‑stable milk, beans, rice, pasta… every bit helps.

Come out, cheer loud, support our youth, and show what makes Westridge such a strong, generous community.
