Menstruation is a natural part of life, and everyone should have access to essential menstrual hygiene products without cost. We offer Pennsylvania residents free pads and tampons. Just visit any of our locations to receive two packs of menstrual products every three months at no charge.

A generous grant from the Family Health Council of Central Pennsylvania proudly supports this initiative. Together, we are making menstrual equity a reality.
