**Foundation to Finish Friday**
What a difference a week makes!
Last week, we shared our excitement about the basement slab pour and the arrival of structural steel. We're thrilled to report that both milestones are now complete! The basement slab has been poured, and the steel beams have been delivered and set—transforming the site in a way that's truly remarkable to see.
For months, much of the progress happened below ground and behind the scenes. Now, with the steel in place on the lower level, the vision of The Home That LOVE Built is becoming more visible than ever. It's exciting to watch this project move from foundation work to the framework that will soon define the building itself.
This week also brought another important piece of progress as a temporary work bridge was constructed, allowing materials to be safely and efficiently moved into the work area. While activity on-site will slow a bit over the coming week, it's all part of the plan as we prepare for the next major chapter. We are eagerly anticipating the start of framing on June 29, and we know that once framing begins, the pace of visible progress will be incredible.
Each step brings us closer to creating a place of hope, dignity, and opportunity for individuals and families experiencing crisis. What we're witnessing isn't just the construction of a building—it's the building of a brighter future for our community.
As we watch the structure rise, we are reminded that the campaign is not quite finished. We still have naming opportunities available and funding needs to meet as we work to bring our capital campaign home. Every donation, no matter the size, makes a difference. If you would like to learn more about how you can leave a lasting legacy through The Home That LOVE Built, we would love to hear from you.
As always, we are deeply grateful to our builder, architect, engineers, surveyors, subcontractors, tradespeople, donors, volunteers, prayer warriors, and everyone following this journey. Your generosity, encouragement, and belief in this vision continue to move this project forward.
Thank you for walking alongside us as The Home That LOVE Built continues to rise. We can't wait to share what's next!
