From professional disc golfers to families who were joining us to throw a disc for the very first time, we are so grateful to everyone who made this year an incredible success. 🤩

🥏 62 competitive disc golfers
😍 30+ children participating in free disc golf education
🎉 Nearly $9,000 raised to provide outdoor and experiential education for Westbrook students
💪 35+ businesses lending their support to our efforts through sponsorship, in-kind donations and raffle prizes

Special thanks to Paper City Barbecue for hosting the After Party and to Mast Landing Brewing Company for giving us the best possible excuse to enjoy a Champ L***r at the end of the day. 🍻

Stay tuned for many more thank you's to come. In the meantime, we can't wait to see you all showing your Westbrook pride with those oh so special FLYN hats around town!

It's that time of year again, we need to start thinking about back to school! Westbrook School's do an incredible job of providing supplies for their students, and that largely comes from donations. If you'd like to partner with us to collect supplies, let us know and if you're business or building would like to be a drop off location for supplies, please reach out to [email protected]

If you have supplies to donate, bins will be doing up around town next week, starting at City Hall! More locations will be posted here!

Don't forget to get out and vote! Everyone in Westbrook votes at the Westbrook Community Center, and the polls are open 6 am-8 pm TODAY! You'll be voting on whether to validate the proposed school budget for next year, which was adopted by the Westbrook City Council last month. The School Budget Referendum is required by State law to be on the ballot every June! Don't forget to let your voice be heard. Your vote matters!
