* 9 years young, spayed female Boxer
* Sweet and loving once she feels comfortable
* Shy at first and may need time to warm up
* Told she may take longer to warm up to men (especially around tall men)
* Loves her crate
* Potty trained
* Knows Sit & Down commands
* Enjoys short bursts of play and then likes to relax

🐕 Dog Friendly

* Living with 2 smaller pups in her home that she may play with sometimes
* Can be weary around large pups on walks
* Unknown with kitties

🏥 Medical Notes

* Has a few small bumps
* A few manageable medical concerns
* Doing well on a prescription allergy diet
* She can lose a few pounds

😍Meet Sidney, a petite 50lb, 5 yr old hearing boxer & is exceptionally affectionate and loves to play!!

🥰Sidney loves to be the center of attention, so she would be better as an only dog or paired with a smaller , submissive/passive dog incase she wants to push her way in for some lovin’. 😉

😺She gets along great with cats, and has been around them all her life!

💔 Sidney has recently experienced several major life changes with her current family . With a move to a new home, new schedules/routines & the activity that comes with young children in the household , she is now feeling increasingly stressed anxious, and overwhelmed .

➡️ Sidney would be happiest where someone is able to be home often⬅️.

And, since Sidney is not super comfortable with little kids in her space, she would do best in a home with older children that will respect dog boundaries ( 8+ years old), or no kids.

🙏 Sidney is need of a new family that can provide patience, consistency, and plenty of love while she settles into her new chapter.

🐾Wiggly Boxer Creed Needs a Foster or Forever Home 🐾

🐶 5-year-old purebred flashy fawn Boxer
⚖️ Approx. 75 lbs
💙 Intact male (will get neutered under CBR)
💉 Reportedly up to date on vaccines (records pending)
🦟 Not currently on heartworm prevention
👧 Good with kids
🐕 Good with other dogs
🚽 Potty trained
🏠 Kept loose in home without problem
🐱 Cats unknown

Our volunteer met Creed & described him as friendly, social, energetic & in good physical condition. He walked nicely without pulling, responded well to corrections, and showed no reaction to peacocks or a barking dog during the visit. 👍

🏡 Creed currently lives with a neutered male Lab. They get along well, with Creed appears to take the lead in the relationship, while the Lab is more submissive and tends to defer to him around toys & food. 🦮🐕‍🦺 So they are fed separately 🍽️

🛋️ He’s used to being part of the family, enjoys lounging on furniture, and has access to a fenced yard.

On occasion, he may mark indoors, which should improve after neuter.

Creed would do best with:
✔️ A secure fenced yard
✔️ An active home that can provide structure and exercise
✔️ A pup-friendly home willing to feed dogs separately

This beautiful 3-year-old Boxer girl (65 lbs) is looking for a family of her own where she can soak up all the love and attention she deserves.

Please Share - 🐾 Reff aka Bam Bam Needs a Foster or Forever Home 🐾

Reff aka Bam Bam, is a handsome, hearing white pocket boxer, estimated to be 2–3 years old and about 41 lbs, who is looking for a patient, experienced foster or adopter to help him decompress and thrive. ❤️

Reff is currently in boarding under the care of another rescue that asked us for our assistance. If we can find an approved foster home, CBR may be able to welcome Reff into our rescue and help him take the next step toward finding his forever family. ❤️🐾

Our volunteer recently spent time with Reff and found him to be friendly, affectionate, and eager to interact with people. He greeted him with a wagging tail, sought attention, accepted handling and leashing without issue, and enjoyed a walk outside. He showed no reaction to dogs he encountered outside the kennel environment and was calm around other pups in the vet lobby (see pics). 🐶

Reff also showed no interest in the chickens he encountered during his walk. 🐔 His behavior with cats is unknown.

Reff can gain some weight and is recovering from a healing wound/hotspot on his rear hip area, that may be sensitive when that area is touched. After experiencing several transitions in a short period of time, he will benefit from patience, consistency, and time to decompress.

Reff knows the “sit” command, patiently waits for treats, and appears to enjoy car rides. 🚗🍖❤️

An experienced foster or adopter would be ideal. A calm, adult-only home may be the best fit as Reff continues to heal & decompress. Ideally, he would be in a home with no more than one resident pup, with proper introductions & the ability to separate the pups, initially as he adjusts. 🦮🦮

Despite everything he’s been through, Reff remains a sweet boy with a kind spirit who deserves the chance to feel safe, loved, and understood. ❤️🐾

❤️🐾 Wonderful Weekend Adoption News for Bronco, nka Ozzy! 🐾❤️

Please join us in congratulating Ozzy and his forever family, Elaine and John, long time dedicated volunteers, who have previously adopted from CBR!🏡🙌

After receiving all of his vet care through CBR, Ozzy headed to his foster-to-adopt home with Elaine and John. It didn’t take long for them to fall in love with him, and his adoption soon became official! 🎉🏡

This handsome young boy has been adapting great to his new routine, and his true personality is shining through more each day. His family describes him as a goofy, loving boxer who has quickly become quite the snuggle buddy. 💤🛋️🐶

Coming from a situation where he spent much of his life outdoors, Ozzy is now enjoying all the comforts of indoor living. 🏡 He’s learning proper leash manners 🦮, enjoying beach outings 🌊 and family adventures 🚗, and growing more confident every day. 🤩

Ozzy has also discovered the joys of having his very own bed and cozy blanket. 🛏️🧸 His special blanket, made by the awesome volunteers at Blanketing Boxers with Love, quickly became a favorite and helped him settle into his new bed and home. 🙏🐾💕

As the only pup in the house, he has plenty of toys 🎾🦴, attention 🤗, and love 💕 all to himself. This beautiful boy still has some growing to do 🌱🐶, and we look forward to watching him continue to gain confidence and enjoy all the love his new family has to offer. ❤️🏡🐾

It’s honestly hard to believe this sweet boxer is still waiting for a forever home. 💔 Look at that face — someone is missing out on such a loving companion. Hoping the perfect family sees this soon and gives this baby the happy ending they deserve. 🐾❤️
