🥺💜 Sweet Bessy is still sitting in an overcrowded shelter, desperately waiting for a caring, committed foster home where she can finally experience the love and comfort of a family and a home, and most importantly, receive the medical care she urgently needs. 🏡❤️‍🩹

Once Bessy is safely in an APPROVED CBR foster home, all of her necessary medical care will be covered by Coastal Boxer Rescue.

🙏 Bessy needs someone willing to open their heart, provide her with lots of TLC, and become a special part of her journey. 🐾❤️

She deserves this chance to know what it feels like to be safe, comfortable , cared for and loved. 💜

💗🐾 HOW IS THIS FABULOUS GIRL STILL WAITING?! MEET BREE! 🐾💗

Our sweet Bree is still looking for her forever home, and since she hasn’t gotten nearly the interest she deserves, we thought it was time to put this wonderful girl back in the spotlight! 🥹❤️

Bree is 8 years young, but PLEASE don’t let that adorable gray face fool you! This girl still has plenty of pep in her step — and SO much personality! 😂🐾

Bree is quite simply a happy girl. ❤️ She loves every person she meets and is always ready to greet you with that signature Boxer wiggle butt and a whole lot of love.

And when she’s feeling playful? Look out! 😂 Bree loves running around the house, tossing and throwing her toys for herself, chasing after them, and breaking out into some pretty impressive indoor zoomies! 💨🧸

She truly is the perfect mix of fun, silly Boxer and loving, easygoing companion.

A fenced yard would be a bonus, but it is not required.

At 8 years old, Bree shouldn’t be overlooked because of a little gray on that beautiful face. Underneath it is a happy, playful, toy-tossing, zoomie-running Boxer girl with so much life and love left to give. 🥹❤️

At 5 yrs old & 78 lbs, Pickles is a big, beautiful bundle of everything we love about Boxers — goofy, affectionate, playful, energetic & cuddly 🥰

🌟 WHY YOU’LL LOVE PICKLES:

❤️ Loves people & attention
👨‍👩‍👧‍👦 Friendly with men, women & children
🐶 Gets along good with other dogs
🏡 House & potty trained
⭐ Knows sit, stay & come
🧸 Loves stuffed squeaky toys & balls
👍 Can be left loose in the home & is not destructive
But has been previously crate trained
☝️❌ NO Cats ! (She likes to chase them )

🐾Pickles has plenty of classic Boxer energy. 💨 Give her a fenced yard where she can run, play & unleash those famous Boxer zoomies, and she is one happy girl! Once playtime is over, Pickles is perfectly content to settle down for a nap and some cuddle time with her people. 🥰

Leash walking!

🤩 She’s been doing very well learning proper leash walking, but can still get excited when she sees people or other dogs and she may pull. 💪 🐾 And since Pickles is a strong girl, she’ll need someone confident & physically able to safely handle her while she continues practicing her leash manners. 💪🐾

☺️Pickles has so much going for her — she’s sweet, social, house trained, dog friendly, playful, affectionate & full of personality. Shes now only missing a forever family of her own. ❤️

Happy Adoption News for our Sweet girl, Tammy! 🙌🎉🥳🐾

We wanted to share & celebrate Tammy nka Maggie’s special day & her wonderful new forever family! 🏡🐾❤️

Daniela & Gregory were hesitant to open their hearts again after losing their beloved boxer Marge 🌈🐾 😞but once they met Maggie, that all changed. 💕 They agreed to foster her & it didn’t take long before they fell in love. 🥰

Maggie has blossomed from the shy girl she was into a playful, confident & affectionate pup 🌸 She has also discovered the joy of playing with toys for the very first time! 🧸🎾

We are fortunate to have one of our wonderful volunteers, Nikki, who as part of Blanketing Boxers with Love (BBWL), made Maggie a special blanket & rope toy that she is having a great time with. 🐾🥰

Maggie is also enjoying walks, meeting new doggie friends & settling beautifully into her new life. 🐕🐾

🚨 URGENT FOSTER NEEDED FOR BESSY A2816618🚨🐾

Sweet Bessy needs OUT of the shelter and into a home where she can get the care and comfort she deserves. ❤️

Bessy is an estimated 6 years old (underweight at 76 pounds) and has had a rough life, been neglected, malnourished (callouses likely from living outside) and multiple growths 😖😫😫 Our volunteer spent time with her, and despite everything she has going on medically, they couldn’t say enough about what a sweet, affectionate girl she is. 🥹💕

🐾 Very cuddly and affectionate
🐾 Loves being petted and gives BIG boxer leans 🤗
🐾 Listened very well and behaved beautifully
🐾 Met a younger dog and did well — although Bessy may have been more interested in the snacks! 😋
🐾 Bessy is also heartworm positive, so she needs a calm home where her activity can be kept limited while she undergoes treatment. ❤️‍🩹

😩She currently has a large hanging mass (baseball size) along with lumps and growth on her right eyelid. She is also underweight. Bessy needs a caring foster home to decompress and where we can help her get the much needed medical care she needs.
And through all of this, Bessy remains gentle, loving and incredibly sweet with people. ❤️

9/21/2026 - Pup update: Luna was pulled by Big Dog Ranch Rescue

🏡🐾 FOSTER or FOSTER to ADOPT HOME NEEDED FOR LUNA 🐾🏡

Sweet Luna A2187436 is currently at MDAS and needs a foster home! 💕 Luna has been through so much, she has been at the shelter before and most recently she was abandoned when her family moved away 😖 Despite everything, she remains an incredibly sweet, trusting and very friendly girl.

🐾 6 years young
🐾 Approximately 65 lbs
🐾 Boxer blend
🐾 Spayed, vaccinated & microchipped
🐾 Sweet, wiggly & people-oriented 💗
🐾 Loves affection and snuggling
🐾 Has participated in playgroups at MDAS
🐾 Unknown with cats
🐾 Recently had mass removal surgery at the shelter and is now healed 🙏

During a recent visit, Luna was happy and excited to get out of her kennel. She welcomed pets and affection, enjoyed exploring and even climbed onto a bench to snuggle with her handler. 🥰

💙 Please keep in mind: Because Luna is a Boxer blend, finding the right forever home may take a little longer, so we are looking for a foster who understands that this could be a longer-term foster commitment.

After spending so much time at the shelter, we would love to get Luna into a comfortable foster home while we help her find her forever family. 🏡🐾
