Located in West Melbourne Community Park, and directly south of Space Coast Field of Dreams, Aves’ Place is owned and operated by Promise in Brevard, a housing community for 125 individuals with disabilities. Aves’ Place is beautiful, 7,000 square foot building which is the home of Aves’ Place Ice Cream, Gourmet Coffee and Healthy Smoothie Bar, and Treasures Boutique. Aves’ Place offers many flavo

⚠️ Please read the attached notice for important information regarding Treasures Boutique and our upcoming clearance sale!

While Treasures Boutique will be closing, we’re happy to share some good news— Aves' Place is reopening! 🤗

Beginning Saturday, January 10, Aves’ Place will reopen the refreshment window on the playground side of the building, serving ice cream, smoothies, hot dogs, and other favorite snacks. The window will be open every Saturday and Sunday from noon until 4:00 PM, and we look forward to welcoming you back!

Thank you for your continued support of Treasures Boutique and the Promise in Brevard mission. We are deeply grateful for the role you have played in our journey.
