VIETNAM: POLICE ARREST FOUR DOG THIEVES
"THANK YOU" D**g Thap Police. They arrested 3 dog thieves on motorbikes with 24 dead dogs. The fourth dog thief has now also been arrested. At the scene D**g Thap police uncovered handmade electric steel arrow-head harpoon guns, chili powder and more dog thief equipment.
D**g Thap is a 3 hour drive out of Saigon. It's a province of the Mekong Delta.
The case is going to court. We'll update more when police release more information.
