The DOJ is investigating Pennsauken, New Jersey for allegedly stalling gun permits. A resident's lawsuit says his handgun permits took more than four months, when state law allows 30 days.

The DOJ's new Second Amendment Section already sued Minnesota and San Jose last month, and it's now taking complaints from gun owners anywhere.

A "Chicago man" with prior felony gun convictions allegedly punched a police officer at a CTA station in June. Under Illinois' SAFE-T Act, that wasn't enough to hold him, so he walked.
