To celebrate Tabroom reaching 1-million users this month, we wanted to share some tips and tricks for using the tournament management system. 🎉
Did you know you can filter the calendar?
If you want a more tailored view of the tournament calendar, use the menu on left and choose the "circuit" you are interested in. Filter by school year, state, province, or country.
Track attendance!
You can keep an organized record of attendance at team practice. Click the "practice" tab in your schools account. Choose create from the four options and enter the name of your practice. Choose the date, practice times and save!
Judge Training Ballots
Tabroom offers any program or tournament host the opportunity to use a Judge Training Ballot feature. This is great for new or inexperienced judges! First create a Test Judges category. Then visit Tabbing section to complete details that will show up in the training ballot. Assign the event to the Test Judges category. Make sure to set tiebreakers!
Merge Timeslot Rounds
This can only be used in debate events and it only works with two divisions of one debate event and they share the same judge pool. Once each division is set, choose settings and merge 2 timeslot rounds. Then Auto Assign Judges. Set each pairing to blast and publish.
