A special moment at the Iowa Men's Basketball and Creighton Men's Basketball game last night. Coaches Fran McCaffery and Greg McDermott wore shirts honoring Mike Molstead of Mike Molstead Motors, who has been battling lung cancer for more than two decades.

Tonight Coach Mac and Coach McCaffery are wearing matching pullovers for their long-time friend Mike Molstead who has battled lung cancer for the past 22 years.

We're excited about the future of our industry, but we'll never forget the past. It's wonderful to see a former dealership's sign designated a local landmark, reflecting the importance of dealerships to their communities.

Plans for the building at 555 17th Street call for a Big Grove Brewery location and restoration of the 54-year-old Crescent Chevrolet sign that sits on the roof's southwest corner.
