𝗛𝗮𝘃𝗲 𝘄𝗲 𝗯𝗲𝗲𝗻 𝗳𝗶𝗴𝗵𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗮𝗻𝘁𝗶𝘀𝗲𝗺𝗶𝘁𝗶𝘀𝗺 𝗮𝗹𝗹 𝘄𝗿𝗼𝗻𝗴?

🎙️ New York Times best-selling author Dara Horn says antisemitism isn't just about hatred. It's about power, lies and who's spreading them.

On the latest episode of Hadassah Magazine Presents, Horn joins host Lisa Hostein to discuss her provocative new book, 𝙏𝙝𝙚 𝙁𝙞𝙣𝙖𝙡 𝙎𝙤𝙡𝙪𝙩𝙞𝙤𝙣 𝙩𝙤 𝙩𝙝𝙚 𝙅𝙚𝙬𝙞𝙨𝙝 𝙌𝙪𝙚𝙨𝙩𝙞𝙤𝙣: 𝘼 𝙇𝙤𝙫𝙚 𝙎𝙩𝙤𝙧𝙮 𝙛𝙤𝙧 𝙩𝙝𝙚 𝙇𝙞𝙫𝙞𝙣𝙜, and the “big lie” she argues has fueled antisemitism for thousands of years.

From ancient blood libels to social media, Wikipedia and AI, Horn explores how that lie continues to spread and why exposing it may be the key to fighting back.

Identifying the victims of October 7, 2023, was a grueling process — and a sacred responsibility to the families waiting for answers.

Hadassah Medical Organization’s Dr. Esi Sharon-Sagie led efforts to identify victims through dental records, working alongside forensic experts from Israel and the United States. Their extraordinary work, including identifying victims and hostages, was recognized at the first International Symposium on “Lessons Learned from October 7 in Forensic Medicine” in Jerusalem.

As one family member expressed, these experts are “agents of life” — helping restore dignity to families through their dedication, precision and compassion.

We honor the victims, stand with their families and recognize the professionals whose work ensures their stories will never be forgotten.

What happens when a family's treasured Judaica collection goes viral? ✡️
For 35 years, Deborah Brodie and Jay Brill filled a 700-square-foot room in their Rockville, Md. home with more than 200 Jewish ritual objects, creating what friends affectionately called the “Jewseum.”

After the couple died just 19 days apart, Deborah’s daughter, Rae Ann Kaylie, a life member of Hadassah like her mother, turned to Instagram for help finding the collection a new home.

📱One viral Instagram reel later from Nick Fox's “Millennial Inheritance” series, the collection found its way to the Lillian & Albert Small Capital Jewish Museum, where visitors are encouraged to touch, explore and learn from the objects, just as Brodie once taught children with special needs.

Located in the Community Action Lab, the museum unveiled the Brodie-Brill Judaica Education Collection to the public in July.

❤️ “This is exactly what they would have wanted,” Kaylie said.
