This one-day community dental event provides free dental care—including cleanings, fillings, extractions, X-rays, and more—to local residents in need. Hosted by Fauquier Free Clinic alongside incredible volunteers and community partners, Piedmont Smiles has already helped hundreds of patients receive compassionate dental care at no cost.

Fauquier Free Clinic offers dental imaging, including X-rays, right on site! Dental X-rays help providers spot issues that may not be visible during a regular exam, allowing problems to be caught and treated earlier.

Our Dental Care Expansion is Working! 🦷💙

In 2023, the clinic received a three-year grant from the Virginia Health Care Foundation to add more dental and oral surgery services. We added another day a week for Dr. Hasan (R) and brought in Dr. Lee (L), as well as our awesome oral surgeon, Sophie Oswald.

Thanks to these changes, we were able to provide over 6,000 dental care visits last year—an increase of nearly 2,000 visits compared to our program in 2022. We are still reaching for more while maintaining the kindness and clinical excellence that our dentists bring to each person they see.
