🌺 Some Huskies dream of being part of a pack. Lili is not one of them.
She LOVES people. A house full of dogs? She’d like to speak to management. 😂
Lili has been waiting for her forever home since September 2022, but busy, dog-filled adoption fairs aren’t her scene. She rarely gets applications - and she really needs the chance to meet the person who will see how special she is.
Lilibet came to NorSled from Oakland Animal Services emaciated, with skin issues and several untreated medical problems. After time, treatment, and lots of love, she’s now healthy, thriving, with stunning blue eyes and unbelievably soft fur.
She’ll need medication once a week, for life. But it’s inexpensive and she’ll go home with a full year’s supply.
At 4–5 years old and under 60 pounds, Lili is:
🚽 Potty trained
☺️ Non-destructive
👯 No separation anxiety
🎓 Knows basic commands
🍩 Treat motivated
🌳 Happy with leisurely walks
Lili would love to be your only dog. She would also love a calm canine companion who respects her space. Constant play and in-your-face roommates? Hard pass. Peaceful coexistence? Much better.
Her foster mom says: “I would have adopted her myself, but I foster a lot of dogs - and Lili simply can’t be bothered with all that nonsense.”
She’s loved in foster, but she’s ready for a home where she won’t have to share her people with a revolving door of dogs.
