The Friends of the Walnut Creek Library is a nonprofit, all-volunteer organization dedicated to supporting and improving library services in Walnut Creek. The Friends of the Walnut Creek Library are the advocacy group for continued and expanded support of our local library, which is a core institution of our City. OUR PURPOSE

OUR ACTIVITIES
We are best known for our Friends Bookstore. VOLUNTEER ACTIVITIES
Many of our members volunteer regularly, especially to operate the Friends Bookstore—either by sorting donated books or by helping with sales. We also welcome volunteers to represent our group at community activities or to assist with publicity and Friends programs. OUR FUNDS SUPPORT
Our funds support the Walnut Creek Library.

Spring Cleaning Season has sprung! As you freshen up your shelves, please donate your gently used books, CDs and DVDs to the WC Friends bookstore! We also accept puzzles (with all the pieces please!). If you have more than five bags or boxes, please message us to arrange for delivery. We do NOT accept: dirty or damaged books, textbooks, magazines, vinyls, VHS tapes, encyclopedias, Time Life Sets or Bibles. We accept non-English books for children only. All proceeds generated from donations fund materials and programs for your WC Library!
