Please drop off your new or gently used items at the parking lot entrance to the church building that is at the back of the church, up from the playground and across from the town bandstand.

Our September Saturdays @ First Parish event is a hike and picnic at the summit of Mount Wachusett! We'll meet at 9 AM in the church parking lot, THIS Saturday, September 19th and drive to Wachusett together. Please be sure to bring a picnic lunch with you. Once there, you can drive to the summit, or hike to the top! The hike is a little over a mile and not too difficult.

We hope to see you there. Feel free to invite a friend or neighbor along with you!

And be sure to save the date for our next Saturday event: An Evening of Songs and Stories, a night of praise and worship on October 17 at 5 PM. More details to come!

We had a great time kicking off Summer @ First Parish with our creative writing class last week and we are so looking forward to next week's classes!

Over the course of the week, students learned about the elements of story, drafted their own short stories, studied various forms of poetry and wrote their own poems! They studied haiku, narrative, acrostic, cinquain, and more! What a great way to learn a little bit more about our God: author and creator of the universe!

VBS, Coding & Robotics, and Beginners Chess are all running next week. Enrollment for Chess is closed (check back in for summer 2027!), but there's still time to sign up for VBS and Robotics!

Countdown to VBS!

We're just 1 week away from Vacation Bible School at First Parish! There's still time to sign up!

Join us Monday-Friday next week from 9 AM-12 PM as Tropical Trek Vacation Bible School takes kids on an island adventure through God’s Word! Each day, children will explore Bible stories, sing lively songs, create tropical‑themed crafts, and enjoy fun games that bring the lessons to life.

With hands‑on activities and engaging teaching, kids will discover how God guides, protects, and provides. They’ll make new friends, grow in faith, and experience the joy of learning together.

By week’s end, every child will take home special keepsakes and lasting memories of a faith‑filled adventure. Tropical Trek is more than a program: it’s a journey with Jesus at the center!
