Congratulations to the LCC Graduating Class of 2026 and thank you to Riverview Bank Riverview Bank for your sponsorship and continued support.

Last night we heard from many amazing speakers including CEO and President of Riverview Bank, Nicole Sherman, Ridgefield City Manager and Keynote Speaker, Steve Stuart, and this year's Class Speaker, Deken Letinich. We also highlighted the community impact projects created by this year's class and honored their hard work throughout the year.

And even though we made the class take a million group pictures throughout the last nine months, we managed to forget to take a group picture last night, so here they are in the beginning at the retreat! 😂

Leadership Clark County is excited to host our 3rd annual Youth Leadership Summit this June 22nd-26th and thanks to OnPoint Community Credit Union, there is no fee to attend. Open to next year's Sophomores, Juniors, and Seniors.

LCC Youth Leadership Summit is a week long program that will give students not only leadership skills, but will educate them on the systems in Clark County (Legal, Economic Drivers, Government, etc), the key issues they are facing, individuals and businesses doing the work to make a difference, and how students can get involved in the community as well as their school.

To complete the application, students will need...
An accessible email address,
Email and phone number for a parent or guardian, and
A letter from an adult that endorses their leadership skills, what they can bring to the program, community and how they will benefit from the program.

At Leadership Clark County, we welcome 36 individuals into our Adult Community Leadership Program each year—bringing together diverse perspectives to strengthen our community.

Thanks to the incredible success of our scholarship drive in recent years, we’ve been able to open doors for individuals who are passionate about leadership but may not have otherwise been able to afford tuition. These scholarships are more than financial support—they are an investment in a more inclusive, representative, and connected community.

Continuing to offer these opportunities is essential. When we remove barriers to participation, we ensure that all voices, experiences, and backgrounds are reflected in Leadership Clark County. That diversity is what makes our program—and our community—stronger.

The LCC Bowl-A-Thon and Annual Scholarship Drive kick off was a huge success!

Our reining champions Peak Credit Union played an awesome game and ended up in 2nd place and our new champion receiving the Golden Pin award was First Pacific Financial!

Everyone had a fantastic time while raising money for the LCC Scholarship Drive! Final totals are not in yet and the drive continues through Friday, May 15th.
