Gym Announcement:

We will be running slightly modified hours on a week to week basis for the mouth of May. As parents with kids in sports, we also need to take the time to be present with our children's development. We hope everyone understands and is patient with us. Any changes will be posted on our social media story.

Just wanted to give everyone a heads up that Coach Chris will be away this week so no one will be monitoring social media if anyone reaches out. This gym will be open the following days/times:

Great time this weekend in Schenectady for the Schenectady Ring of Hope's event. Great job by all the boxers, coaches, and officials for their hard work. Big shout out to Jacki with Ring of Hope for matching up our boys. They might not have all got the win, but we are so proud of all the hard work they put in to get ready for their matches and for their performance during the event.
