The Landmarks Society of Greater Utica The leading voice for the preservation and restoration of our irreplaceable historic buildings.

In 2008, Landmarks became the owners of the mansions at Number 1 and Number 3 Rutger Park. We are currently in the second phase of the Rutger Park Restoration Project. We also:
Organize and Support Efforts to Save Endangered Buildings
Advocate for Preservation
Inform and Educate the Public
Assist Boards and Commissions
Conduct Trips
Publish a Newsletter
Produce an Annual Commemorative Ornament
Aid

Regional Historic Preservation Efforts
Recognize Local Preservation Successes
Hold an Annual Meeting and Networking Event
Hold and Manage Preservation Easements
