Tomorrow night is Sweet Relief and it’s one of the most important spaces we create together. 💛

Sweet Relief isn’t just about dessert (though we are having build your own ice cream sundaes🍨). It’s about having a place where you can show up exactly as you are, no pressure, no expectations, just real conversation, connection, and community.

When you’re navigating homelessness, it can feel like everything is about getting through the day and keeping up with what’s in front of you. Sweet Relief is different. It’s a space to breathe. To talk. To be seen.

And yes… to build the ultimate ice cream sundae! 🍦

If you’ve been thinking about coming, this is your sign. You are absolutely welcome here. Bring yourself, bring a friend, or just come as you are, we’ll be glad to see you.

This workshop is an important part of Build for Good's "Confidence Conversations" series, a 15-session toolbox created by and for people experiencing homelessness.

Dinner will be provided and all are welcome!

Homeless Persons Memorial Day is a time to honor neighbors we have lost and to refuse the idea that this loss is inevitable. At a moment when housing and homelessness funding is at risk, gathering as a community matters more than ever.

We’re so grateful to the Community Foundation and FMN Creative for including Build For Good in the Helping Hands program!

This experience gave us space to grow — to tell our story with more heart, clarity, and courage. We learned how to share the “why” behind our mission in ways that will move people to stand alongside us for years to come. ❤️
