You don’t need to have everything figured out to reach out for support.

CFLR’s Family Support Navigation (FSN) program is here for individuals and families navigating addiction and mental health challenges. Whether you’re just starting to explore your options or you’ve been trying to manage things for a while, there is support available.

For some, that support looks like finding the right resources. For others, it means working through difficult conversations or rebuilding trust within a family. Sometimes, it simply means having someone who will listen and understand what you’re going through.

No matter where you are in the process, you don’t have to do it alone.

🏳️‍🌈 Celebrating Pride Month with Support & Solidarity 🏳️‍🌈

June is Pride Month. It’s a time to celebrate, uplift, and stand with the LGBTQ+ community. 🌈❤️

While being LGBTQ+ is not a mental health condition, many individuals face higher rates of mental health challenges due to stigma and discrimination. No one should have to navigate that alone. Support is here.

At CFLR, we believe in creating safe, inclusive spaces where everyone feels seen, supported, and valued. 💙

As May comes to a close, our team reflected on what mental health means to each of us and continued to show up in support of one another by going green for Mental Health Awareness Month. 💚

For our staff, mental health looks like being there for others when they need us and also learning to extend that same care inward. It means practicing patience and self-care, especially during difficult moments, and recognizing that we don’t always have to have everything figured out. Asking for support is a strength, not a weakness. 💪🏻

It’s also about finding balance in the everyday and not letting the small things become overwhelming. For some of us, protecting our mental health means intentionally stepping away to decompress, whether that's through karaoke, camping, going for a walk, or simply making space to recharge. 🔋

CFLR remains committed to continuing these conversations year-round and putting mental health first. Not just in May, but every day. Drop a green heart in the comments to show your support! 💚
