The Boonville Lions Club recently hosted a su***de prevention and awareness event at Walgreens in Boonville as part of Su***de Prevention Month, bringing together the Boonville Life Center and the Oneida County Su***de Prevention Coalition.

Together, representatives which included our very own Prevention Specialist, Sara Snyder, shared information about su***de prevention, available resources and ways community members can find help and support. Hope Boxes were also made available during the event.

CFLR is grateful to the Boonville Lions Club for creating space for these important conversations and for recognizing that prevention works when communities come together. 💚
