We had a very successful 9/18 day at Tulsa Parks Hunter Park and Mohawk Park this last Friday. OKDGF was proud to partner with Tulsa Disc Sports Association and the Tulsa Area United Way to assist in course maintenance and repairs.
We had two incredible companies in MetLife and Manhattan Construction Group step up and help Tulsa prepare for major disc golf events in 2027.

Hunter Park received new tee pads, improved creek crossings and erosion control in problematic areas. Special thanks to Manhattan Construction Group, Ryan Mengel and Tulsa Parks.

Mohawk Park received some much needed limb and trash removal. Special thanks to MetLife, Amy Cox and Austin Hoxie for taking that on!

Hey disc golfers from outside of Oklahoma, this is your chance to call Tulsa your home while touring or for any families looking to relocate to a disc golf hotspot located conveniently in the middle of the country (Tulsa currently ranks #7 in US Cities for disc golf).

Tulsa Remote is a one-year program that offers a $10,000 grant and additional benefits to eligible remote workers who move to and work from Tulsa.

A great day in Jenks! Our first EDGE curriculum at Jenks East Intermediate School. Thanks to Chris Hightower, Kyle Gibson, Bryan Newport, Joseph Carey, Nick Papineau, and a host of others for making this happen. Special thanks to Jim Bennett for the discs, they were a big hit for sure! Proud of all the hard work the teachers and students are putting into the sport we all love.

Everyone keep an eye out. APPLICATIONS WILL BE AVAILABLE SOON for people to register for a State of Oklahoma Disc Golf License Plate! Pre-numbered and Custom will be available. Kyle Gibson and Tonia Marie collaborated to make this happen and we are excited to have this in our State! For this to become an official License Plate, we will need 200 completed applications and payment ($42.61 per plate - normal fees apply for renewal).

Tulsa disc golf took a major hit this last Sunday. with 100+mph winds sweeping through the city, 8 courses have been left unplayable with major damage. These young disc golfers went out to McClure Park and gathered multiple trash bags worth of litter. Also a huge thank you to their parents for being committed to their growth in the sport!
