Today, we celebrate the people who give so much of themselves to our athletes—our football and cheer head coaches, assistant coaches, and business managers!
Behind every practice, every game, and every competition are people choosing to show up. People giving their evenings and weekends, spending their own money, rearranging family schedules, and pouring their energy and hearts into someone else’s child.
We see you. We see your sacrifices. And we do not take them for granted.
A great coach sees every athlete—their strengths, their struggles, and the potential they may not yet see in themselves. They find different ways to teach, encourage, and connect. They know when to push and when a child simply needs someone to say, “I believe in you.”
What you give our athletes reaches far beyond the field or the mat. You help them build confidence, learn resilience, and discover that they are capable of more than they ever imagined. Those lessons, and the way you make them feel, will stay with them long after their time as a Ram.
We truly believe the Southwest Rams have some of the best coaches and volunteers in the game. There simply aren’t enough words to thank you for all you give. But we hope you know that your time matters, your sacrifices matter, and the love you pour into this RAMily matters.
