☔️ ⛵ Summer officially kicked off today with the Women’s Council of Realtors Northern Michigan!

Great conversations, amazing industry partners, weather, and a few peaks of West Grand Traverse Bay made for a fun afternoon. There’s something special about bringing together professionals who support one another and work to make our Northern Michigan communities stronger.

A big thank you to everyone who joined us today. We can’t wait to see what the rest of the summer has in store!

Every Wednesday, Women’s Council of Realtors® Northern Michigan hosts a Haves & Needs Meeting and Weekly Home Tour—one of the most valuable weekly opportunities for Realtors and Strategic Partners and GUESTS.

📍 Aspire North Office
852 S Garfield Ave, Traverse City
🕗 Haves & Needs: 8:10–8:50 AM
🚗 Home Tour: 9:00–11:00 AM

Each week includes market updates, buyer needs, new listings, and price changes—followed by touring 4–5 active listings in close proximity. Carpooling is encouraged to maximize networking and collaboration.

Strategic Partners play a key role in the Home Tour experience.

Strategic Partners are asked to volunteer as hosts for tour properties
Hosting provides direct, face-to-face exposure to Realtors while they tour the home. Hosts have the opportunity to answer general questions, build relationships, and share their expertise

Strategic Partners hosting a property must be Women’s Council members in good standing WCR Home Tour Guidelines
