Recent Event Update!!

NAMI Grand Traverse was proud to be the benefiting organization of Traverse City United's “Stick It to Stigma” event on Friday, May 8th during the Traverse City United home lacrosse game at Thirlby Field in recognition of Mental Health Awareness Month. The evening brought our community together to raise awareness about mental health, encourage open conversations, and help break the stigma surrounding mental illness.

Thanks to the incredible generosity and support of our community, the event raised $500 to support NAMI Grand Traverse programs, outreach, and advocacy efforts.

We would like to extend a heartfelt thank you to everyone who attended, donated, volunteered, and helped organize this special event. We are especially grateful to Traverse City United Ladies Lacrosse for hosting this event and helping make the night such a success.

Your continued support allows NAMI Grand Traverse to continue providing education, support, and hope to individuals and families throughout our community. Together, we can continue to stick it to stigma and make mental health a conversation everyone feels safe having.
