The tropical storm from hurricane Melissa damaged the New Life School. Here are photos of the damage: broken wall, damaged solar panel, broken doors on student restrooms. We'll be sending some additional funds this week to help with the repairs. If you would like to contribute to this work, you can donate securely at livingmedia.org. Thank you!

While the hurricane did not hit Haiti as hard as it did Jamaica, it did bring a massive storm. The New Life School suffered some significant damage to the wall, student toilets(outhouses), and solar panels. Repairs like this are not in our budget so if you can help us out even a little it will help. You can donate securely at livingmedia.org. We will send funds sometime next week. School is in session in Haiti. The new school year brings excitement as well as challenges. We have committed to raising the pay of all of our staff, but will need more help to fulfill that promise. Your gifts made through livingmedia.org will help us do that.
