Wabash Valley Neighbors Helping Neighbors (WVNHN) has proudly partnered with the City of Terre Haute since 2024 during City-Wide Cleanups, helping create cleaner, safer, and more vibrant neighborhoods throughout our community.
Through this partnership, WVNHN helps coordinate volunteer efforts, supports designated cleanup areas, distributes information to residents, and encourages community involvement. Most importantly, WVNHN engages dedicated volunteers who are willing to lend a helping hand to residents with their cleanup needs.
Volunteers assist residents by removing unwanted items from inside and around their homes and moving those items to the curb for collection. This hands-on assistance can make a meaningful difference for individuals and families who may not be physically able to complete these tasks on their own.
These cleanups are about more than simply removing unwanted items—they are an opportunity to connect with neighbors, serve our community, and make a positive difference in the lives of others. Every volunteer, every home, and every helping hand contributes to a stronger and more caring Wabash Valley.
Together, WVNHN, the City of Terre Haute, and our amazing volunteers are working toward a cleaner, safer, and more connected community.
