Join us for Serve the Valley 2026 on July 24th in Terre Haute, Indiana!

Serve the Valley is United Way of the Wabash Valley's annual Day of Caring, bringing volunteers together to support local nonprofits and community organizations across our six-county region. Join us on Friday, July 24, for breakfast at 7:30 a.m. at the Zorah Shrine Temple, followed by volunteer projects from 8:30 a.m. to noon.

The Farmersburg Theater is needing volunteers to paint a mural outdoors and perform some basic grounds maintenance if needed.
Volunteers are encouraged to bring paint supplies (rollers, pans, etc). Please wear clothes you don't mind getting paint on/dirty.

Brazil Public Library is looking for volunteers to help organize the Book Shoppe! We will go through donations to sort them into categories for future sales. While materials are off of the shelves, we will install new shelving and paint if time allows. This is a great project for all ages and abilities.
