This past Saturday’s Gut Check event was all about keeping it simple and practical.
We talked through gut health in a way that felt easy to understand and actually apply. From fiber rich foods to small everyday swaps, it came back to one thing. What we eat matters.
And we got to experience it, not just talk about it.
A full plant based meal, real conversations, and a space to learn without pressure.
