We have officially partnered with SmartBank to expand the impact of the SMART DREAMS model and take our DASH 2 Freedom program to the next level!

Together, we’re building a bridge from surviving to thriving—coaching and developing young people toward financial security through home ownership and entrepreneurship.

Starting now, every Dreamer in the DASH housing network will gain access to their own Smart Bank account, where we’ll actively invest in their future as they work their way toward true self-sufficiency.

Because freedom isn’t just a dream—it’s a plan. And we’re helping them DASH 2 it.

Exciting News instilling SMART DREAMS deeper into local communities!

We are thrilled to announce the opening of our SMART DREAMS Center in Tallahassee, FL! 🎉 This center will be a local drop-in space for all Dreamers in our network and their peers, offering a safe, supportive environment where they can thrive.

At the SMART DREAMS Center, we’ll provide coaching, mentoring, life skills training, career readiness, mental health services, & emergency housing—all designed to empower our young people to build self-confidence, self-sufficiency, and financial security.

But we need YOUR help to make this space truly special! We’re working hard to complete the center with some key features: a media room, a fruits and vegetables garden, and a barbecue and patio area for gatherings and community building. 🌱🍅🍖

We are beyond proud to have had our longest Dreamer in the DASH Network, Isaiah, and the incredible journey he’s been on highlighted in a recent news story in Tallahassee, FL. From the very beginning since 2020, he’s faced life’s toughest challenges with unwavering determination.

Isaiah has not only overcome obstacles but has also remained steadfast in his pursuit of his dreams. His resilience and growth have been nothing short of inspiring, and he continues to push forward, striving for self-sufficiency and success.

His journey isn’t over—it’s still unfolding. Every step he takes is a reminder to others who are on their own path that progress is possible, no matter how difficult the road may seem. Isaiah’s story proves that with support, hard work, and belief in yourself, you can conquer anything.

On this special day, we want to extend our heartfelt gratitude to all the young people in our community. We are inspired by your strength, resilience, and determination as you navigate life and pursue your dreams. Whether you’re part of a program or just working toward your personal goals, we see the effort you put in every day.

Thanksgiving is a time for reflection, and today, we celebrate the power of community. We recognize that each step you take, no matter how big or small, brings you closer to a brighter future.

🚨🚨 We’re Hiring: SMART DREAMS Coach! 🚨

Are you passionate about making a real impact in the lives of young adults? Join our SMART DREAMS team at DASH Foundation as a SMART DREAMS Coach and help guide young people in their journey toward confidence, self-sufficiency, financial security while pursuing their dreams.

About the Role:
As a SMART DREAMS Coach, you’ll work directly with Dreamers (youth transitioning out of foster care, homeless, and/or DJJ) to provide personalized coaching, support, and guidance. You’ll help them set and achieve SMART goals, build resilience, and empower them to overcome challenges they may face on their path to success.

• Be a key part of empowering young adults in their transition to independence.
• Make a lasting difference by offering emotional, social, and professional support.
• Work with a dedicated team that values growth, innovation, and compassion.

Responsibilities:
• Provide one-on-one coaching to Dreamers, helping them achieve personal and professional goals.

• Collaborate with other team members and external resources to ensure comprehensive support.

Qualifications:
• Experience in coaching, mentorship, or social services.
• Passion for working with young adults, especially those from at-risk backgrounds.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to motivate and empower others.
