Since 2013, the Florida Association of Free and Charitable Clinics has worked to strengthen access to healthcare for uninsured and underserved Floridians. Through grant funding, advocacy, education, and data support, we empower more than 110 member organizations serving communities across all 67 counties.

This recognition reflects the dedication of our staff, board, members, partners, and supporters who believe every Floridian deserves access to quality healthcare. We’re proud of what we’ve accomplished together and excited about what comes next.

The FAFCC team recently attended the Florida Dental Association Convention to raise awareness of Florida's Free & Charitable Clinics and inspire dental professionals to volunteer their time.
Thanks to the incredible support of our volunteers, more than 350 providers requested information about getting involved and making a difference in their communities.

Thank you to everyone who stopped by our booth and to the volunteers who helped make this outreach such a success.

This story from our FAFCC member Community Dental Clinic is a powerful reminder how important our Legislative Priorities are in gaining funding for our dental health services. In FY24–25, the Florida Legislature provided $3 million in non-recurring dollars for dental and mental health services.

Clinics purchased new dental equipment, added behavioral health staff, and launched integrated programs that addressed both oral health and mental health needs.

Thank you to Community Dental Clinic and all our dental clinics, providers and volunteers who have helped make our mission possible. And, congratulations to Troy for a beautiful smile!
