Yesterday, I had the opportunity to engage in Career Day at Larchmont Elementary. It was incredibly enjoyable to spend time with the 3rd, 4th, and 5th graders. The aim of the day was to expose the students to various paths they might consider for their future, providing an in-depth look at different career options and allowing them to meet professionals!

While I was there, I ran into Mr. Knuckles, the assistant principal at Jason Lee Middle School (now known as Hilltop Heritage), when my 24-year-old son attended. It is wonderful to be active in the community, sharing the impact of the Children’s Feeding program on our school-aged children.

Another vaccine clinic offered by People for Animal Care & Kindness is coming up Saturday, May 23 at St. Leo Food Connection. The last clinic vaccinated over 140 animals! Mark your calendar and we will see you there.

It’s happening at St. Leo’s Food Connection again this month to allow us to provide booster vaccs for those who received a first round in April, plus anyone else that needs our support. Last month we vaccinated over 140 animals in just two hours, it was a whirlwind. ❤️‍🩹 We are so grateful to petcolove for providing these life saving vaccines for us to share. 🙂
