One child's assessment is one data point. What happens next can make all the difference.

Across Nagaland, learning data is becoming easier to see, understand and use, from an individual child's progress to patterns across schools and blocks.

Through its partnership with Samagra Shiksha Nagaland under the NIPUN Bharat Mission, Vibha supports technology and data intelligence, monitoring and capacity building that help turn assessment information into something education teams can act on.

The result is not simply a dashboard. It is greater visibility across 52,094 students, 1,915 schools and 11 districts, with child-level tracking now live statewide.

This is the story behind the Nagaland work selected for the SOC26 Social Impact Poster Gallery at the University of Oxford.

Six students. Six journeys. One common thread: progress.

For some students, progress meant becoming more confident in reading and writing. For others, it meant completing one page each day, achieving a new milestone, or stepping up to support their peers.

These six stories from schools in Gummidipoondi Block, Thiruvallur District, Tamil Nadu, show how consistent practice, peer learning, teacher and mentor support, and encouragement can help students keep moving forward.

The Kemin Prerana Program is implemented by Sikshana Foundation, our implementing partner, supporting students through workbook practice, peer learning, mentoring, and student leadership.

These stories show how students can grow with the right support and opportunities to learn.

Swipe through to meet the students and see what progress looked like for each of them.

Help create more opportunities for children to learn, grow, and lead.

This Daan Utsav, we celebrate something simple: the choice to give.

Giving can take many forms. Time, skills, encouragement, resources, or a contribution toward an opportunity someone else may not yet have.

At Vibha, that spirit of giving has helped bring people together around a shared belief: every child deserves the opportunity to learn, grow, and dream bigger.

As Daan Utsav begins, we invite you to carry that spirit forward through Vibha’s Year-End Drive. Your contribution becomes part of a larger effort to strengthen learning opportunities for children, alongside educators, families, communities, partners, and volunteers.

Light Up a Child’s Tomorrow.

How do we help a promising education program grow thoughtfully?📚

At Vibha, we believe growth needs room for learning along the way.

Our Seed–Grow–Scale approach supports programs at different stages, from piloting an idea to strengthening it for expansion and building toward sustainability.

Vibha’s 2025 Impact Report shows what that journey can look like across a portfolio, and how wider reach is supported by a growing circle of teachers, schools, partners, and public systems.👨🏻‍🎓

Because the goal is not simply to reach further. It is to help what works grow stronger as it goes.

Every contribution carries a little light. When we bring those contributions together, that light can travel much further.

That is the spirit of .

Vibha’s Year-End Drive is an invitation to be part of something shared, where each act of generosity adds to a larger effort to create brighter possibilities for children.

No contribution stands alone. Each one becomes part of what we can make possible together.

This year, we invite you to share your light and help it reach a child’s tomorrow.

Someone lit a light for you once. A teacher who stayed after class. A school that took a chance on you. That light carried you here.

This year, Vibha is asking you to share yours. Light Up a Child's Tomorrow.

Today, we're launching Vibha's Year-End Drive 2026. Last year alone, that light reached 2.5 million children across 13 states, 127,743 teachers, and more than 66,000 schools. Over 35 years, 8.8 million children.

Now we want to take it further, into new states, new classrooms, new children still waiting for their light. That takes all of us, together.

Give today, and be part of it: https://givebutter.com/year-end-drive-2026-zu61l2

Share your light forward.

What are we taking away from Charcha 2026?

Two days in Delhi. Conversations across education, AI, skilling, employability and livelihoods. And plenty to take back and think about.

For Vibha, Charcha was more than a series of sessions. It was a space to listen, exchange ideas, learn from others and reflect on the work we’re already doing.

We’re grateful to the spark and the Charcha 2026 team for bringing together such a diverse group of voices, and to all the co-hosts, speakers, practitioners, researchers, government leaders and organizations who contributed to the conversations.

We’re carrying these conversations forward as we continue to strengthen our work and explore what’s possible next.

What does it take to turn learning data into something an education system can actually use?

Over the past two years, our work with Samagra Shiksha Nagaland, under the NIPUN Bharat Mission, has focused on that question: making learning information more visible, strengthening monitoring and building the capacity to use data for better-informed decisions across the state. Today, the work supports 1,915 schools across 11 districts, with child-level tracking live statewide.

We’re glad to see this experience being shared beyond Nagaland. Our poster, Strengthening Foundational Learning in Nagaland Through Data-Driven Decision Making, was selected as one of 16 posters for the SOC26 Social Impact Poster Gallery, hosted by the Government Outcomes Lab at the Blavatnik School of Government, University of Oxford.

We’re proud to see the work reach Oxford, and even more encouraged by what continues to take shape across Nagaland.

What happens when professionals bring what they know into a community classroom?

Four virtual sessions brought Bruni Foundation (JAS) volunteers and students at Alamb’s community skilling centre in West Delhi together, covering AI, time management, personality development and financial literacy.

From resumes and interview prep to budgeting, business ideas and using AI responsibly, students got to explore skills they can take beyond the classroom.
Because sometimes, volunteering simply means sharing what you know.
