Historic Route 66 celebrates its centennial this year - have fun celebrating with us at our next History in Film programs at Lincoln Library, The Public Library of Springfield, IL. We have two travel-themed programs next week:

🕵️‍♂️Wednesday, April 15 at 5:00 pm: Join us for some history of Route 66 and travel in Springfield, and enjoy a 1959 spy thriller featuring a mistaken identity and a cross-country chase. (Not Rated).

🐸Thursday, April 16th at 1:00 pm: Join us for some history of travel in Springfield, and enjoy a 1979 film about an iconic frog who journeys to Hollywood seeking success in show business. (Rated G).
