🎉 BHN has officially been Certified™ as a Great Place To Work® for 2026! The best part? This recognition comes directly from employee feedback.

To our employees: thank you. This recognition reflects the culture you've helped create through your compassion, dedication, and commitment to the people we serve every day.

While we're proud of this achievement, we see it as a milestone, not a finish line. By continuing to invest in our employees' growth, well-being, and success, we strengthen our ability to support individuals, families, and communities across Massachusetts.

We're proud of this recognition, but even more proud of the people behind it. Learn more about the certification and the initiatives supporting our workforce: bhninc.org/bhn-gptw-26

Recovery looks different for everyone.

This Recovery Month, we're sharing real stories from real people whose lives have been changed by recovery.

We're starting with Daniel, who shares his journey and the hope he found along the way. His story is a reminder that healing happens, support matters, and recovery is possible.

Recovery is real. Recovery is possible. Every story matters.

If you or someone you love is struggling with addiction, we're here to help. Visit bhninc.org/addiction-recovery or call 413-301-WELL (9355) to learn more.
