What a night at Fenway! ⚾❤️💙

We’re incredibly grateful to the Boston Red Sox for their generous donation of tickets to last month's game vs. the Tampa Bay Rays. Because of their support, 50 MHA staff and program participants were able to experience an unforgettable night at Fenway Park.

The night was filled with nonstop energy, laughter, and connection in the stands, creating memories that will last far beyond the final out.

Thank you, Boston Red Sox, for making this experience possible for our MHA community—you truly hit a grand slam of kindness.

MHA was proud to sponsor and attend the 2026 Annual Mental Health Awareness Event, “The Pain Within Me,” hosted by The Hispanic-American Library, Inc. at the Concourse of Springfield Union Station.

Alongside community members and partners, staff from MHA’s BestLife Emotional Health & Wellness Center participated in meaningful conversations about trauma, depression, anxiety, substance use disorders, grief, and pathways to healing. The event provided a safe, culturally responsive space to raise awareness, reduce stigma, and connect individuals and families with valuable behavioral health resources.

Together, we can continue building stronger, healthier communities through education, support, and understanding. 💚

On this Memorial Day, MHA honors and remembers the brave men and women who gave their lives in service to our country. We pause in gratitude for their courage, sacrifice, and enduring legacy. We will never forget.

Yesterday, we proudly hosted our 11th Annual Mental Health Awareness Month Conference at our headquarters in Chicopee. This year’s theme, The Work & the Well-Being, explored how mental health intersects with work and daily life through workshops centered on mindfulness, resilience, creativity, self-care, and connection. Participants were encouraged to reflect, recharge, prioritize intentional well-being, and strengthen how they support themselves and one another in both work and life.

We were honored to welcome keynote speaker Jackie Lightner, LICSW, MSW, RYT 200, CEO/Managing Partner of LightWork Therapy and Recovery, whose insights sparked meaningful dialogue around healing, resilience, and emotional wellness.

The conference also featured workshops led by MHA staff, offering space to learn, engage, and connect throughout the day.

Thank you to our Conference Committee, workshop facilitators, guest speakers, and everyone who attended and helped make this event so meaningful. Together, we continue leading with empathy while strengthening our community through awareness, support, and care. 💚
