We provide nutritious food with dignity, organization, and care to individuals and families facing food insecurity. Abundant Harvest Food Pantry was founded to meet a growing need for reliable food assistance in Montgomery County. What began as a community outreach connected to St. Isidore Church quickly grew into a dedicated food pantry focused on providing consistent, respectful support to famil

ies facing food insecurity. Our work started in 2017 as a mobile food pantry, responding directly to the needs of families impacted by Hurricane Harvey. By bringing food directly into affected neighborhoods, we were able to reach households that had limited access to traditional food resources. During the COVID-19 pandemic, demand for food assistance increased dramatically. In response, Abundant Harvest scaled its operations and distributed nearly one million pounds of food, ensuring families had access to essential groceries during a time of widespread uncertainty. Today, Abundant Harvest Food Pantry continues this mission by serving thousands of families each month through our pantry services and community food distributions. Our focus remains on providing dependable food access, reducing barriers, and supporting individuals and families throughout Spring, Conroe, The Woodlands, New Caney, and surrounding areas of Montgomery County. Our story is not just about food; it’s about reliable, practical support for people in our community facing real challenges. We are committed to serving with dignity, transparency, and consistency every day.

Today, we recognize Juneteenth, a day that honors freedom, resilience, and the ongoing pursuit of equity for Black Americans.

As we reflect on this history, we’re also reminded that the work of building fair and supported communities continues today. For us, that means showing up alongside our neighbors facing food insecurity and helping connect families with food resources in Montgomery County.

We remain committed to serving with dignity and care bringing food directly to neighbors and supporting access where it’s needed most.

Wishing our community a meaningful Juneteenth as we continue working toward a stronger, more connected future. 🧡

We’re currently seeking a donation of a heavy-duty collapsible wagon cart to support our food distribution efforts, and we’ve identified this model from Target as a great fit for our daily operations:

SYNCFUN 300lbs Heavy-Duty Collapsible Wagon Cart
https://www.target.com/p/syncfun-300lbs-heavy-duty-collapsible-wagon-cart-all-terrain-foldable-utility-cart-with-wheels-for-beach-garden-shopping-groceries-fishing/-/A-1009097932

This type of cart helps us move food and supplies more efficiently as we continue serving our neighbors through our pantry and outreach work.

If you or your company are able to help sponsor or donate this item, or connect us with someone who can, we would truly appreciate it. Every tool like this helps us continue bringing food to the community with care and consistency.

Thank you for supporting our mission 🧡

According to newly released U.S. Census data, Montgomery County is now the 4th fastest-growing county in the nation.

As our community continues to grow, so does the need for food assistance. More than 100,000 Montgomery County residents face food insecurity, including over 30,000 children and many seniors.

Behind every number is a neighbor, a family, or a child who may be struggling to put food on the table.

At The Abundant Harvest, we're committed to helping meet this need and ensuring our neighbors have access to nutritious food when they need it most.

We're running low on egg cartons again!

Every week, donated egg cartons help us repackage eggs for our neighbors who visit the pantry. When cartons run short, it becomes much harder to distribute eggs efficiently.

If you have clean, empty egg cartons you'd like to donate, we'd be grateful for your support. Small donations like these make a big difference behind the scenes and help us continue serving our neighbors.

You can drop off egg cartons at:
📍 24803 Oakhurst Dr, Spring, TX 77386

Thank you for helping us make the most of every donation we receive. 🧡

Hunger is closer than we think—and together, we can be part of the solution. We’re joining a call to feed our neighbors and advocate for stronger food assistance programs across Texas. Every family deserves access to nourishing food, and every child deserves to grow without the burden of hunger.

“For I was hungry and you gave me something to eat…” (Matthew 25:35) reminds us that caring for one another is at the heart of our community.
