🎓✨ Bridge Builders Mentors Celebrate Caleb Bassett ✨🎓

Today, we proudly celebrate an outstanding young man, Caleb Bassett!

For more than four years, Caleb has faithfully participated in the Bridge Builders program, demonstrating leadership, character, dedication, and a commitment to serving the Spartanburg community. Throughout his journey, he has grown into a remarkable young leader and role model for those coming behind him.

Caleb recently graduated from James F. Byrnes High School and will continue his educational journey this fall at South Carolina State University. We are excited to see all that he will accomplish in this next chapter of his life.

As Caleb transitions from mentee to mentor, we are honored to welcome him into the Bridge Builders Ambassador Program, where he will continue to inspire and impact future generations of young men.

Congratulations, Caleb! Your Bridge Builders family is proud of your success, proud of your growth, and proud of the legacy you are building. Continue to dream big, work hard, and lead with purpose.

Today Bridge Builders explored our newly built Spartanburg County Public Libraries Planetarium. The boys enjoy a cinematic presentation on "The Birth of Planet Earth" which explains and shares the updated theories of our planet's origin. 2/21/26 was a full day for the 864 Ques of Epsilon Nu. We began with a trip to the Benjamin E. Mays Historic Site, the director Mr. Chris Thomas, gave an amazing presentation. We highly recommend you take the trip to Greenwood SC. Next we took a college tour at Lander University, our high schoolers were able to speak directly to admission counselors,and walk the campus. We then hit the bowling alley for pizza, burgers and fun before heading home. The Brothers then headed to the BROTHERS RESTORING URBAN HOPE, INC. 1/10/25 in partnership with The City of Spartanburg, SC and the Spartanburg Police Activities League SPAL, we hosted our 5th annual Building Bridges with Law Enforcement event at the C.C. Woodson Community Center. 60 boys and girls came out on a rainy Saturday morning which is super impressive. Officers from the Spartanburg Police Department came in on their day off to discuss forensics, RTCC, drones, SWAT, K9, the hiring process, traffic stops, and patrol operations. Today our mentees made Christmas cards and we spent time at a local nursing home passing them out to the residents while listening to their stories.
