Congratulations to Francis Yammarino โ€” ILA Lifetime Achievement Award Recipient!

Francis Yammarino (SUNY Distinguished Professor of Leadership and Management (Emeritus), School of Management and Bass Center for Leadership Studies. Binghamton University) changed the questions leadership researchers ask and reset how the field designs and interprets studies.

From his research focused on leadership and levels of analysis funded by the Army Research Institute, ONR, NSF, and NASA to his role as senior editor of The Leadership Quarterly and his years leading the Bernard M. & Ruth R.
