10 Years of Connection. One Fabulous Night of Celebration.

Join us for our 5th Annual Drag Queen Bingo & 10 Year Anniversary Celebration - an evening of laughter, community, and fabulous entertainment with the one and only Viper Fengz!

For 10 years, CCI has been creating spaces where people living with chronic illness can find support, understanding, and community. Now it's time to celebrate all we've accomplished together! Something exciting is coming back in 2027…

The 2nd Annual Chronic Illness Symposium will take place virtually on April 16–17, 2027!

After such a meaningful and inspiring event this year, we’re thrilled to continue creating a space where patients, caregivers, and providers can come together for education, connection, and support.

Support groups help those living with chronic illness to feel less isolated and less alone. As one support group attendee shared, "It is comforting to see and hear from people who understand the challenges of living with chronic pain and illness."

Did you know CCI hosts over 20+ free, virtual support groups each month? CCI provides programs for individuals and their loved ones impacted with over 150 different diagnoses living across the US. We're thrilled to announce the 2027 Chronic Illness Symposium Call for Speakers!

The Center for Chronic Illness invites you to submit a proposal to speak at our 2027 Chronic Illness Symposium, being held on April 16th & 17th, 2027. Next year’s event will feature two tracks — Patient / Caregiver Track and Healthcare / Mental Health Provider Track — offering sessions that educate, inspire, and empower our community on topics such as chronic illness management, mental health, self-care, advocacy, and research. We welcome presentations that reflect diverse experiences, amplify underrepresented voices, are trauma and disability informed, and offer practical tools, strategies, and research-based insights. An estimated 7,000 rare diseases affect 30 million Americans. That's one in 1 in 10 individuals in the US alone. Being so rare can be incredibly isolating and often there are knowledge and treatment gaps about each individual illness. CCI's Living with Rare Chronic Illness Support Group brings individuals together living with different rare diseases and connects them over the shared experiences of being rare so they have a safe place to talk about these challenges. Our partner, connects patients to research studies and pays them for their time! The Center for Chronic Illness will receive a $10 donation and you will receive a $120 per hour for each survey completed! Please note, your diagnosis doesn't need to be rare to participate.
