We have officially kicked off the 2026-27 season with a meeting of the best Board ever! We are already booking schools for our Spring 2027 tour: The Doll Act from The Tales of Hoffmann. We are so excited to introduce Olympia, Hoffmann, and the cast to thousands of children across Western Washington, from Bellingham to Olympia (literally)

TODAY IS THE DAY! GiveBig is underway, and we are already almost HALFWAY to our goal. We made our match, thanks to some of you! I know y'all are about making sure kids have opportunities, and one of the best is hearing live music in the places where they work and play. Let's make our Tales of Hoffmann set look amazing so we can bring it to more kids in more schools - your partnership makes this possible!

One more note before GiveBig starts, and it's a good one:

A NOISE board member has challenged us to a GiveBig match: if we raise $500 before GiveBig Day on May 5, they will match with an additional $500! That's one-third of our $3,000 fundraising goal! One-third of the way to making our Tales of Hoffmann set look fantastic for our performances in 2027, and to bringing more joy to kids who don’t just love NOISE, they need it. This thank-you note we received this year proves it:

“Dear NOISE, thank you so much for playing at our school
I was going through a lot and you guys helped me
by doing the awesome play for us. It made me
laugh smile and make me feel like myself
again. I am so grateful you guys did this for us.
Sincerely, (a student in) Teacher Allison’s class”

It's back! Give Big is next Tuesday, May 5, and we are so excited to partner with all of you in this statewide giving event again - in fact, the link is live so you can give right now!

NOISE concluded another successful season with 54 booked performances of The Barber of Seville, and we look forward to 2027 with The Doll Act from The Tales of Hoffmann!

This giving season, we have 2 goals:

1) to raise $3000 to refresh our Tales of Hoffmann set. This heritage set has been lovingly maintained over the decades, but it's time for a refresh

2) To welcome 5 monthly donors to the NOISE family - that's 5 people, giving monthly to help kids experience the performing arts, the acoustic voice, and have fun while doing it! Your choice of donation amount, we aren't picky - you can set it and forget it.
