We're excited to welcome our new tenant Magic Cabinet! ✨

Magic Cabinet works to make philanthropy more useful to the people it’s meant to serve: nonprofits and communities. They do this by providing multi-year, flexible funding directly to nonprofits so they can grow on their own terms. 💗

They also help other funders align their resources with what communities actually need, turning what they learn into funding approaches the whole sector can use. Together, this work is moving philanthropy toward approaches that uplift community voice, trusts their leadership, and builds power where it belongs. 🤝🏾

Help us give a warm welcome to Magic Cabinet by connecting with them on their socials.....visiting their site

We received Historic Seattle's 2025 Community Investment Award and as part of their preservation award series, they hosted a tour at the building. 🏆

We were joined by our architect, Matt Aalfs with BuildingWork and Leilani Lewis, our Tenant Culture Consultant. We led a panel discussion diving deeper into our intentionality with every aspect of the building, from the environmental impact to leading with community interests first.

If you or your organization are interested in hosting a private tour at the Metropole building to learn more about the construction, design, architecture process, and sustainability reach out to Dante Ost our Brand and Community Coordinator at [email protected]

Join Chief Seattle Club for the 2026 Memorial Walk.

Pioneer Square has been chosen for the location for this event because this is where Chief Seattle Club serves the chronically homeless Native community. The walk is held in honor of our relatives who have passed. They host this event every year in the Pioneer Square neighborhood.
