Every piece of our art collection was created by a Seattle-based artist with real ties to the neighborhood and the city’s larger arts community. 🎨

These works come from the same streets, lofts, galleries, and studios that surround the building, and they help remind everyone that Pioneer Square has always been a place for artists, creativity, and connection.

When we built out the Metropole building, the community told us that having spaces that were beautiful, clean, offered a range of amenities, and were affordably priced for them to gather, connect, and convene was important to them.

We have six meeting and event spaces that are available to rent. From a rooftop summer gathering to a 1,300 sq ft event space for networking or training events, to boardrooms and smaller meeting rooms for training, we may have the space you need.

Last week we hosted our final community tour of the summer.

During the tours, we talk about the transformation of the historic Metropole building, the community, and art within our walls. We also explore how sustainable and thoughtful design and programming support shared experiences in our space.

Our community tours we typically align with Pioneer Square Seattle's First Thursday Art Walk and we end off at the Seattle Black Panther Party Interpretive Center.

Kinda chic to come to our summer social! ☀️

Summer is in full force and we HAD to take advantage of the beautiful Seattle sun (while its out!). We gathered with tenants up on the rooftop for good vibes, great company, and a quick break from the work day to connect. 💕

Oh, and we had some good food too (shout out to MAC Family Catering)!

Environmental stewardship is a critical element in supporting all communities and the world in which we work, live, and thrive. Everyone deserves to work and gather in a clean and healthy space.

The Metropole is a radical adaptive reuse and renovation of a key historic building in Seattle's Pioneer Square neighborhood. We're LEED Platinum-certified, the highest level of certification in this rating system. To reach LEED Platinum, the building meets standards in six different categories, including: Sustainable Sites, Water Efficiency, Energy and Atmosphere, Materials and Resources, Indoor Environmental Quality, and Innovation in Design.
