One of my high points of 2025 was working with to help create their first-ever pop up. Creative, collaborative and incredibly hardworking, they are a dream team of local talent providing sustainable style.

It held all our tiny treasures: peach paraphernalia, rabbit ceramics, wind up toys, Astro Boy, a trio of frogs and Spam galore. Not to forget that it kept all of us organized with a place to stash our office supplies, out of sight and looking cool and collected.

Our little market is just one of the fun and casually cultural activities taking place during Hai! Japantown, celebrating all things Nihonmachi, old and new. That means taiko drumming, ukulele music, onigiri and origami, Butoh dancing … small batch food and indie shopping, coffee and cocktails! All in one tidy block. Commemorate the afternoon joy with the help of a Photo Booth, huzzah!
