⚾ Phillies vs. Diamondbacks – Chapter Outing! ⚾

Calling all of our Pennsylvania transplants and baseball fans! Join the Penn State Phoenix Alumni Chapter on Monday, August 31 at 6:40 PM as the Phillies take on the Diamondbacks.

If we have at least 25 people committed, tickets in the lower bowl behind home plate (between 1st and 3rd base) will be $65 per person.

Please fill out the Google Form to indicate your interest so we can get a headcount and coordinate ticket purchases. The link is also available in our bio!

The Penn State Phoenix Board has been hard at work behind the scenes planning and prepping for another incredible football season! 🏈☀️

From watch parties across the Valley to community events, alumni gatherings, scholarship initiatives, and more, we’re excited for everything ahead. Our goal is to make this our best season yet and continue building a strong Penn State family in the desert.

Stay tuned throughout the summer for announcements, events, and opportunities to reconnect before kickoff. We can’t wait to be back together cheering on the Nittany Lions with all of you!

Calling all Penn State Phoenix Penn Staters! 🦁💙

Our chapter is planning a group outing to see Saquon Barkley and the Eagles take on the Cardinals at State Farm Stadium this fall! 🌵🏈

At this time, the NFL schedule has not been released yet, so this is only an interest form and does NOT guarantee a ticket. We’re using this form to gauge interest from our Penn State Phoenix community before tickets officially go on sale.

🎟️ Estimated ticket package pricing: approximately $246/person
🍻 Expected to include all-inclusive food & drinks starting 1 hour before kickoff through the end of the first half
📅 Game date & time: TBD once the NFL schedule is released
⚠️ Limited to 50 total tickets

Be on the lookout for another post later this month once the schedule is announced! At that time, payment will be collected to officially confirm tickets on a first come, first serve basis.

🤸‍♀️ Penn State Women’s Gymnastics is coming to the Valley!

No. 20 Penn State Women’s Gymnastics has been selected to compete in the Arizona State Regional of the NCAA Women’s Gymnastics Championships — right here in Tempe at Desert Financial Arena!

📅 Competition begins April 2
📍 Desert Financial Arena – Tempe, AZ

Let’s show up and support Penn State in the desert! If you’re in the Valley, this is a great chance to cheer on the Nittany Lions in person and bring the Penn State energy to Tempe.

🏀 Penn State Phoenix March Madness Bracket Challenge 🏀

It’s time for some Madness! Join the Penn State Phoenix Chapter for our annual March Madness Bracket Challenge and help support local student scholarships.

💰 $10 per bracket (enter as many as you want!)
🎓 Half of the proceeds support chapter scholarships
🏆 Half goes to the winners:
• 1st place: 30%
• 2nd place: 15%
• 3rd place: 5%

🗓 Brackets lock Thursday, March 19 at 12:15 PM ET
