Don is a seasoned healthcare marketing and communications executive with decades of experience leading brand strategy, digital engagement, and public relations for some of the nation’s most respected health systems. Throughout his career, he has helped organizations elevate their brands, strengthen community connections, and drive meaningful innovation in healthcare marketing.

Prior to joining Banner Health, Don served as Chief Marketing and Communications Officer at Geisinger and spent more than 16 years at Scripps Health, where he led transformative marketing and communications initiatives. He was also recently recognized by Becker’s Healthcare as one of the top hospital and health system CMOs to know.
