WATCH & SHARE: Over the weekend, male athlete AB Hernandez won two titles at the female High School CIF State Championship in California.

Event organizers forced the girls to share their podium spots with Hernandez instead of recognizing that boys should not be allowed to compete in girls' sports.

We are eagerly awaiting Supreme Court decisions in Little v. Hecox and West Virginia v. BPJ later this month. These will determine whether states are permitted to ban males from female sports.

HUGE WIN: To settle an Alliance Defending Freedom lawsuit, Washington state has agreed to stop discriminating against religious foster parents, dropping its requirement that they use wrong-s*x pronouns. This is a win for foster families of faith across WA—and for kids who need good homes.

As part of the settlement in DeGross v. Senn, Washington has agreed to a permanent injunction and will remove its current regulation on “chosen pronouns.” The state will also pay $250,000 in attorneys’ fees.

This outcome would not have been possible without our clients, Shane & Jennifer DeGross. These longtime Christian foster parents stood firm on their convictions, even when it cost them their foster license.

Now, countless children and families will benefit from their courage.

An OH ministry worked with local government to help victims of s*x trafficking ... until officials ended the relationship over the ministry’s faith-based hiring.

After an Alliance Defending Freedom lawsuit, the ministry is helping young women in the county again—and the county is paying $120,000.

The school assigned their 11-year-old daughter to room with a boy on an overnight school trip, and didn't tell them.

It wasn't a mistake. It was the school district's policy to make room assignments based on gender identity rather than s*x and to hide that information from parents and students.
